Audi’s latest technological showcase comes in the form of the all-new A6 Sportback e-tron, a car featuring a refined design crafted from the ground up to maximise aerodynamic performance and efficiency.

Audi has managed to accomplish that mission, with the A6 Sportback e-tron’s 0.21 drag coefficient giving it the title of the most aerodynamic Audi ever made. This feat was made possible through an optimised body design, active aerodynamics, a smooth underbody, optional aero wheels with aero covers, and an finely-tuned rear diffuser. Even the wing mirrors have been specially shaped to reduce drag and wind noise.

As a result, the Audi A6 Sportback e-tron delivers up to 563km of range from its 83kWh battery, while the S6 Sportback e-tron can get up to 646km from its larger 100kWh battery. Performance figures are equally impressive, the A6 pushes out 210kW (240kW in Launch Control mode) and can hit 100km/h from a standstill in 6 seconds. The more powerful S6 produces 370kW (405kW with Launch Control) and hits 100km/h in just 3.9 seconds.

But an Audi is more than just numbers, it’s the entire ownership and driving experience which remains top notch in the new Audi A6 Sportback e-tron through the melding of technology and comfort. The new A6 e-tron line sits upon Audi’s Premium Platform Electric (PPE), the second car to do so after the Q6 e-tron, and is able to fully reap the benefits of a platform built specifically for EVs.

The lighting technology has been improved to further create a distinct look for the car. Eight digital light signatures are now available for the daytime running lights and the OLED rear lights, both of which can be changed through the infotainment system or the myAudi app. The A6 Sportback e-tron is also the first Audi available in Singapore to feature illuminated rings at the rear.

Inside, the cabin has been completely reimagined. Soft-touch materials stretch from door to door, complemented by a wraparound dynamic interaction light at the base of the windshield. The MMI panoramic display, featuring a curved design and an OLED screen, brings together the 11.9-inch virtual cockpit, the 14.5-inch MMI touchscreen, and the 10.9-inch passenger display to form one elegant digital stage.
