Anny was pleasant and very responsive. She explained the process well, though a few bits were a little confusing. I really appreciated her patience while helping me compare prices. However, I am giving Motorist 1 star because their prices weren't the best. After I accepted their bid, I found that SGcarmart Quotz offered 10% more because they include exporters. This isn't Anny’s fault, but I would advise anyone using Motorist to do their research and compare others before committing. I missed out on 10%. T__T. My mistake = your gain. Don't make the same mistake as I did!
