Flagship showroom of Performance Motors is now certified as a “BMW Retail.Next Lighthouse” by BMW Group

The Performance Motors Limited (PML) showroom at 303 Alexandra Road is the first BMW dealership in Singapore and the third in Southeast Asia to be officially recognised for its next-gen BMW retail concept. 

Excellence in design, digital innovation and customer experience would qualify an authorised BMW dealership to earn the “BMW Retail.Next Lighthouse” accolade from the German automaker. The idea is to make buying/owning a BMW even more satisfying, anywhere in the world. 

PML is currently the only BMW dealership in Singapore and just the third in Southeast Asia (after Malaysia and Thailand) to receive this important yet uncommon certification. 

Spanning over 100,000 square feet after a transformative renovation, the newly-minted milestone PML showroom is designed and optimised to provide a premium experience across the whole customer journey - from initial homework to the delivery of the new BMW vehicle, plus the ownership considerations and relevant lifestyle aspects which are part of the entire motoring package.

Digitisation is a core component of BMW’s Retail.Next concept. PML delivers accordingly with its secure online tools and robust tech-enabled processes. These include the Sime Motors Singapore app OneGo, automated number-plate tracking, contactless key-drop lockers, and even facial recognition of priority customers for Performance Lounge access.  

Good food also powers the PML customer experience. Culinary indulgences at the cafe bar counter, curated breakfasts which are thoughtfully bundled with service appointments, complimentary refreshments, and afternoon snacks help to keep PML customers or visitors fuelled up.
