Turns out the price was also pretty good and the communication and directions over text and phonecalls made the process smooth. So, it was a good experience, and avoided my usual annual dilemma of not sorting insurance renewals out promptly and well ahead of time... which in turn causes issues at road tax renewals etc. Kudos.
