Overall experience was quite pleasant. Managed to get an offer from second dealer. Dealer had arranged full car body, interior and engine observation with friendly attitude. Willing to offset car offered values against repair cost that need to be carried out. This eliminates my headache for getting the car for repair. Transaction we smooth and all via electronics including payment transfer and car name transfer. Dealer is helpful sharing procedure of the web services such as LTA portal.

Previously I did re-export my cars thru Motorist.sg and Huimin was the one liaising with me on the quotes and coordination with the dealers on a number of my car transactions. I had always been receiving great response and services from Huimin. Recently, on 5 June, I contacted Huimin directly to request for her help for arranging car towing service from JB, Malaysia to Singapore, as my car needs to be deregistered around mid July, was still in Malaysia due to M’sia MCO and S’pore CB.
