I can't add my vehicle in the Motorist app. What's the issue?

Hi Alex, please make sure you’ve entered the correct vehicle number and access code.

 

You can generate the access code in just 1–2 minutes by following these steps:

 

1. Go to https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg

2. Tap Digital Services, then select Request Access Code

3. Log in with Singpass

4. Select your vehicle

5. Enter your mobile number

6. Select 180 days validity (recommended so we can provide more accurate data updates over a longer period; otherwise 14 days is also okay)

7. Tick to agree and tap Request Access Code

 

The access code will appear on screen and will also be sent to you via SMS.
